Named at provisioning. Renaming is a wrangler.jsonc change and a redeploy, not a form.
Default security
Not settings. These hold on every deployment, and no switch relaxes them.
Deny without a policyA table with no policy answers nothing. Fail-closed is how the engine is built, not an option.
Clients cannot widen accessApplication filters are combined with the policy, so a request can only narrow what it receives.
Refusals are loggedThe Worker records every policy refusal in its own logs, with no row data in the line.
